Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AT LocalSEO operated by Alamo Tech LLC ("Alamo Tech," "we," "us").

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AT LocalSEO provides local visibility measurement, reporting, and recommendations based on business and location data, SEO signals, and integrated third-party data sources.

The platform is designed to help businesses understand and track local search presence. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or marketing advice.

Access may be limited to invited or approved users during private beta or early access periods. We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

Authentication is provided through Google SSO. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and notifying us of unauthorized access.

User roles and permissions within a tenant are managed according to platform configuration and administrator assignments.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business and location information.
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
• Maintain appropriate internal access controls for your users.
• Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
• Promptly report suspected security incidents or misuse.

You represent that you have authority to submit, connect, and manage business location data on behalf of the applicable organization.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you provide and for obtaining any required consents.

The platform relies on third-party services including search engines, data providers, Google integrations, email services, and cloud infrastructure.

Third-party services may change availability, pricing, data access, or functionality without notice. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.

Reports, scores, and recommendations are informational tools based on available data at the time of generation. They may not reflect real-time conditions and should be evaluated alongside your business judgment.

Implementation of recommendations is at your discretion. Alamo Tech does not guarantee specific business outcomes from following recommendations.

Search rankings and local visibility are controlled by third-party platforms and search engines. AT LocalSEO does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, search placement, or any specific SEO outcome.

The platform measures visibility, identifies opportunities, and tracks change over time. Results vary based on market conditions, competition, and customer actions.

Fees, billing terms, and plan details are established through separate agreement, order form, or published pricing during beta or production periods.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

You may not misuse the platform, including attempts to:

• Access data belonging to other tenants.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse platform endpoints.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation.
• Use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Alamo Tech or AT LocalSEO.

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. You agree to protect confidential information using reasonable care and to use it only for permitted purposes under these Terms or a separate agreement.

Alamo Tech retains all rights in the platform, software, branding, and related materials. You retain rights in your business data. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect platform data. You are responsible for securing credentials, managing user access, and using the platform in a manner consistent with your security policies.

We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, and third-party dependencies may cause temporary unavailability.

Either party may terminate access according to agreement terms. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, access to the platform may cease. Data handling after termination will follow applicable agreements and retention practices.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALAMO TECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF NO FEES WERE PAID, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
